How long will my order take to arrive?

- USA — Standard 8-12 business days
- Australia — Standard 8-12 business days
- New Zealand — Standard 8-12 business days
Other International Locations: Express Shipping Option is highly recommended. Standard Postage times are unreliable at the moment and can be 21 days, the postal services are not making any time promises for us to share with you.
I have a problem with my delivery:
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can change your address. Though, once we hand on your parcel to the delivery courier we are unable to make changes or requests on our end. As the importer, please follow up with the postal service if you have any problems. You will receive tracking details upon dispatch. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final, we don’t accept any change of mind returns or exchanges at this time. Only if your order has not yet been dispatched we may be able to make changes, please contact orders@bolognesephilosophy.com
My order was returned to sender what should I do?
If a customer does not collect their parcel within your local post offices pick-up time frame, they will send it back to our printer, which they charge us for. So make sure you pick it up! Otherwise you will need to pay for a reshipment cost. If your order is not reshipped within 60 days of return, your order may be deemed as uncollected and a redelivery of your item may not be available please contact orders@bolognesephilosophy.com
How can I cancel my order?
We only cancel your order if it has not been dispatched or printed yet. Sales are final, we do not accept any change of mind returns or exchanges at this time.
